About me

I am Fiona Fraser, Director of Pow PR, and I help podcasters learn how to use PR and Marketing to grow their podcasts.

I am an award-winning publicist and have worked in media and PR for over 14 years. I've worked in-house at the BBC, Channel 4, and Warner Bros. and managed the publicity for shows such as EastEnders, First Dates and The Apprentice.

I now run my own PR agency where I have worked with a range of clients including Acast – the largest independent podcasting platform in the world - on shows such as The Rest is Politics, That Peter Crouch Pod and clients such as Kew Gardens and The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust..

I am aware that hiring professional PR and marketing services isn’t accessible for everyone and I am really passionate about sharing what I learn working with industry professionals at the top of their game to people who are just starting our or have been going for a while and looking for the next step to increase visibility and awareness for their podcast.

I believe purpose needs to be at the heart of your podcast and that is where I start with helping people think about their podcast differently.

Podcasts should not be planned and created in the same way as social media and other marketing activities, podcast should be the very heart of your marketing.

My aim is to help creators POW-er up their podcasts to make them the best they can be!
